2) Can I personalize products with names, messages, or a logo?
Yes! Of course!
For text and messages: All our pens and some accessories can be personalized with any text you like. Just select the personalization option before adding them to your cart.
For logos: You must contact us first by email and send us an image of your logo so we can customize the design. Depending on the number of items you're customizing, you may have to pay an additional fee for logo design customization. Only black and white logos are engraved, depending on the material being personalized.

3) Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are made with high-quality materials and are manufactured in the USA, with finishes such as 24K gold plating.
4) How long does shipping take?
Yes, we have three types of order processing options available within the US:
a) Standard Free Shipping Option (Delivery time 8-12 days).
b) Expedited Paid Shipping Options (Delivery time 3-4 days).
c) Express Paid Shipping Options (Delivery Time 2 days)
5) Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. All international shipments are additional charges. International delivery costs and times are calculated prior to each order and must be requested in advance by sending us an email. Fanstik is not responsible for customs or nationalization fees in the destination country. We only ship via UPS, FEDEX, and DHL.
6) Are international orders eligible for returns?
No, only products sold and delivered within the U.S. Only in cases where the seller is responsible, such as incorrect items or poor customization, etc.
7) What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment methods. If you would like to make another payment method not available on our website, please email us and let us know your concerns.
8) Can I place a large order for events or corporate purposes?
Of course. We offer volume discounts for corporate orders, business gifts, or special events. Contact us for a personalized quote.
9) What happens if my product arrives damaged or with a customization error?
We want you to be 100% satisfied. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it quickly. For more information, please read our Refund Policy.
